Azteca America directly manages stations in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Miami and Chicago through its Azteca Stations Group, in addition to affiliates in over 70 cities.

Azteca America offers top Spanish-language television programming to a U.S. Latino population, that is estimated at more than 50 million people. The especific advertising investment for U.S. Latino consumers is estimated to be about 3.5 billion dollars, although the purchasing power of Hispanics in the United States is approximately 800 billion dollars, similar to the size of the entire Mexican economy.
