TV Azteca (BMV: AZTECA CPO; LATIBEX: XTZA) is one of the world's two largest producers of Spanish-language television programming. It operates two national television networks through its more than 300 owned stations. Its national channels are the family-driven Azteca Trece and the mid to high income youth-focused Azteca 7, covering 97% and 95% of Mexican television households, respectively. Also, Proyecto 40 brings together the most noted cultural, social, economic and political Mexican opinion leaders. TV Azteca also owns Azteca America, the fastest growing Hispanic television network in the United States, with presence in more than 70 markets that are home of 91% of U.S. Hispanic households.

The company also owns Monarcas, a first division team of the Mexican Soccer Federation; Azteca Music, an innovative events promotion company; and operates Azteca Internet, an Internet portal and virtual marketplace for North American Spanish-speakers.
